The culvert will be embedded 12 inches into the streambed. The crossing will have a rock riprap energy dissipating apron in the stream channel below the outlet, consisting of 36-inch median diameter (D50) rock. In addition, 24-inch D50 rock armoring will be used for the embankment along the sides of the inlet and outlet of the culvert. All work will be completed as specified in the most recent version of the Notification dated August 25, 2025.
