The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to construct Complete Street elements to improve multi-modal corridor access, aesthetics, and mobility along state route 165 and in the City of Los Banos by constructing new sidewalks, American's with Disabilities Act compliant curb ramps, crosswalks, and Class II buffered bike lanes; replacing the Main Canal Bridge (Bridge No. 39-0202) at post mile 7.17; and creating access improvements to turn-outs and barriers.
