Caltrans proposes to install highway lighting at the northerly terminus of SR 76 and Pauma Valley Drive at postmile 31.298 by the Pauma Valley Trading Center in San Diego County. Approximately 10 cubic yards of soil will be disturbed (Cast-In-Drilled-Hole [CIDH] for lighting standard) 2.5’ diameter and 7’ deep Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) is proposed to install the conduit. All work is within State Right of Way.
