Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace deteriorated poles No 851408E, 3001838E, 3001837E and aerial wire crossings; and perform temporary associated traffic control activities; within State right-of-way, on State Route (SR)33 at Quatal Canyon Rd, at post mile 57.23, in the unincorporated community of Ventucopa, in the County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 90 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 24 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
