The project proposes to extend shoulders, provide a continuous two-way left turn lane (TWLTL), realign the roadway, extend/replace drainage systems, extend existing bridges, construct retaining walls, replace/relocate signage, replace/relocate existing Transportation Management Systems, install new Transportation Management Systems, replace nonstandard guardrails that do not meet current Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) standards, and provide concrete vegetation control under guardrails.
