The park project includes overlooks, shaded picnic area, water play area, restrooms and storage, bike rest stop, biological avoidance zones, potential parking lot expansion (30 spaces), arroyo walk (indigenous history of water), Santa Ana River Trail reroute, equestrian rest stop with a corral, water, seating and shade structure, exercise loop (0.25 mile), Planting buffer, pickleball courts (12), concession area and bike rest stop, two roller rinks (each has 90 people capacity), parking lot (208 parking spots) with permeable paving at parking rows, Interpretive native garden and trailhead, flex meadow (half a soccer field), signage, portion of the Santa Ana River Greenway trail, lighting, skatepark with half pipe, nature play area and tot track, pump track, cultural interpretive walk and demonstration gardens, pump track, riparian forest with sculpture installations, ecological interpretive feature and overlook.
