The proposed project will disturb approximately 0.83 acres of the 5.13-acre parcel, including 657-cubic-yards of cut and fill. The proposed parcel is within the Agricultural land use category and is located at near the intersection of Play Doe Lane and Maverick Way (APN:
015-331-019), approximately 6.5 miles east of the city of Paso Robles. The project site is in the El Pomar-Estrella Sub-area of the North County Planning Area.
