Document Description
The Dunnigan Water District proposes to replace approximately 1,300 feet of damaged 10-inch asbestos-concrete pipeline (Lateral 10.5-1.2) with a new 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipeline. The new line will be installed within an existing dirt access road located approximately 25 feet south of the existing alignment and outside the existing United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) easement. The project includes abandonment of the existing pipeline in place, connection to existing infrastructure at both ends, and protection of the existing pipelines during construction. The project is less than one mile in length and is located on existing disturbed land within an agricultural area.
