Document Description
The temporary permit authorizes diversion to underground storage of up to 2,065 acre-feet of water per year from Stony Creek between December 10, 2025, and March 31, 2030, at maximum diversion rates of 8.9 cubic feet per second at Prune Orchard, 15.6 cubic feet per second at Capay Farms South, and 8.9 cubic feet per second at Almond Huller Pit. Diverted water would be stored in the Corning Subbasin for groundwater recharge and later extracted for beneficial use.
