This will include removing flaking and peeling paint from the building exterior, make repairs to wood, preparing the surface, and painting with at least one primer coat and two finish coats of high-quality exterior grade paint. Paint colors will be color matched to the original paint. This project will follow guidelines outlined in the Conditions Assessment and Secretary of Interior Standards for Historic Preservation projects.
