In addition, a separate JRP (TR-25-70) grants LADWP permission to use property at Mile Post 21.47 for construction laydown in connection with the installation of the underground 34.5-kV electric wireline for a duration of one year. The Permits shall be effective upon last execution by the Executive Director of the Port of Long Beach and Port of Los Angeles.
