Document Description
The Board of Harbor Commissioners approved a new License Agreement (License) with Greenlane Infrastructure, LLC for use of approximately 20,231 square feet of land located at 1265 Harbor Avenue, Long Beach, to install and operate Truck Charging Systems, comprised of public truck charging stations, accessory structures, and associated electrical infrastructure. The new License will state that Greenlane Infrastructure, LLC shall accept the premises “as is” with no warranties by the Port. Any future improvements will be subject to the issuance of a Harbor Development Permit. The term of the agreement shall be for a duration of eight (8) years, commencing upon execution by the Port’s Chief Executive Officer.
