Document Description
A Major Use Permit (PL-25-16) and Complex Grading Permit to install a 300-kilowatt solar photovoltaic (PV) system on a 1.44 acre portion of the 53.44 acre properties (APN 115-017-01 and 115-017-02) to power existing structures, shown in attachment 1, within the Divine Avataric Holy Domains of Adidam Ruchiradam. The installation comprises 12 solar arrays totaling 16,677 square feet, with maximum heights of 8 feet 4 inches. Supporting infrastructure includes a 12-inch electrical conduit trench crossing onto parcel 115-017-02, a 489-foot access road requiring 109 cubic yards of road base, and a culvert for seasonal creek flow. The project proposes removal of 69 trees, offset by a comprehensive Tree Replacement Plan. Water feature protection measures include strategic placement of straw waddles and best management practices for the runoff from the seasonal creek.
