Document Description
The Oswit Land Trust (OLT) proposes to establish a boulder barrier for approximately 2,800 feet along the perimeter of OLT’s Happy Valley property (APN 750-130-006 and 750-130-008) on Dillon Road to prevent unauthorized off-road vehicle access and protect the natural state of the site. In addition to the barrier, signage would be installed to communicate property rules and provide information on habitat preservation efforts.
