Napa Resources Conservation District as grantee will conduct community engagement and to prepare plans, designs, environmental review documents, and permit applications for habitat restoration on approximately 70 acres of land surrounding and including the lower portion of Huichica Creek in the Carneros region of Napa County; and in connection with these activities, to provide environmental education to area youth and workforce development trainings.
