Document Description
The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing scum skimmer (clarifier) and rotor assembly, as well as any additional components that may require attention, at Oxidation Ditch 3 and 4, which are currently out of service and not operational. The work will not require shutting down any other facility components. No traffic detours or nighttime construction are planned, and no utility relocations are anticipated. Construction activities will be conducted on or adjacent to existing roads, asphalt surfaces, or maintained dirt shoulders, thereby minimizing potential environmental impacts. The project is designed to limit disruption to the surrounding
community and environment. The anticipated construction duration is approximately 260 calendar days.
