The proposed project is a new 10-year term license agreement between the County of Orange (County) and the Orange County Water District (OCWD) to allow OCWD to continue to access the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner's property located at 1900 West Katella Avenue in the City of Orange. OCWD requires access to the facility to maintain and conduct water sampling activities on two groundwater monitoring wells on the project site. OCWD’s water sampling activities of the groundwater wells ensures water quality and safety, supports sustainable resource management, meets regulatory requirements, and detects changes or contamination of the groundwater wells.
