Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number COL-57415-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Roberts Ditch Irrigation Company (RDIC). The project consists of the periodic dredging of the channel to permit diversion of water to the RDIC pumps during the irrigation season. Removal of silt within the channel will be accomplished using a long reach excavator. The equipment will access the channel on the east side using existing access points. Annual dredging will remove up to 3,000 cubic yards of material to take the bottom down 3 feet at a width averaging 15 feet.
