Document Description
The applicant, Country Air Properties, proposes to retrofit an existing freestanding sign at 460 S. Main Street, Lakeport, CA, with a 4' x 8' (32 sq. ft.) double-sided electronic message center (EMC) manufactured by Cirrus Systems. The EMC will be mounted on the existing sign pole with associated hardware and a low-profile controller. Electrical service will be provided via dedicated 20-amp lines on a separate circuit from existing back-lit components. The total combined signage area, including the EMC, will be 94.75 sq. ft., remaining under the 100 sq. ft. maximum permitted by the Lakeport Municipal Code.
