Document Description
The applicant, Southern California Edison, under Encroachment Permit 12-25-6-US-0671, proposes removal and replacement of a deteriorated transmission pole #1353353E on State Route 39 in the city of Buena Park, County of Orange. Ground disturbance for the wood pole removal would include excavation by truck-mounted auger and/or backhoe measuring approximately 2-3 feet in diameter and approximately 7-11 feet deep. Work activities would generally take place within a 50-foot buffer around the pole. No vegetation removal is required. The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated pole. The total Disturbed Soil Area is unknown. The work proposed by the applicant will occur within Caltrans Right of way. No new right of way is required..
