Document Description
The applicant, Southern California Edison, under Encroachment Permit 12-25-6-US-0798, proposes removal and replacement of a deteriorated transmission pole (848939E) on State Route 39, approximately 465 feet south of Bolsa Avenue in the city of Westminster, County of Orange. Proposed excavation for the pole will be a maximum of 120 inches, a minimum of 120 inches, and an average width of 36 inches with a length of three feet. The pole will be located 3 feet from the edge of traveled way. No vegetation removal is required. The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated pole. The total Disturbed Soil Area is unknown. The work proposed by the applicant will occur within Caltrans Right of way. No new right of way is required.
