Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing structures and the construction, use, and maintenance of a new a four-story, 85,721-square-foot residential building (East Building), with 72 dwelling units and a building height of 56 feet, a five-story, 116,132-square-foot residential building (West Building), with 102 dwelling units with a building height of 56 feet, and one (1) level of subterranean parking with 193 vehicle parking spaces. Vehicle access to the ground-level parking would be provided from the alley adjacent to the north edge of the project site. The 17 Chinese elm trees on the project site would be removed as part of the project in accordance with the City’s tree replacement requirements. The five (5) street trees (southern magnolia) located adjacent to the site would be retained in place. The Project would require the export of approximately 47,400 cubic yards of soil.
