Document Description
The City of Huron will utilize a boom lift to install temporary Christmas decorations on existing light poles within and adjacent to the State right-of-way along Lassen Avenue (SR-269). Work will take place from sidewalks and public right-of-way where feasible; however, limited portions of Caltrans right-of-way will be used where sidewalk width is insufficient. Decorations will be installed in early December 2025 and removed no later than January 17, 2026. The project provides seasonal community benefit and involves no ground disturbance or permanent modification of Caltrans facilities
