Document Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works (DPW) is proposing road improvement project consisting of the installation of new sidewalk and new/reconstruction of American with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps, including driveways. Tree stump removal will occur, as needed. Utility relocation is not required. No traffic detours or nighttime construction are planned. Construction activities will occur on or adjacent to existing roads, asphalt or graded and maintained dirt shoulder. The project will have temporary reset gate/fence and reset/relocate of mailboxes and road signs. There will be no import or export of materials or debris. Several temporary construction easements will be acquired for the driveway approach connections. The equipment used on the project will include, but is not limited to, concrete mixer, jackhammer, loading truck, asphalt paver, roller, and excavator. Construction duration is anticipated to be 45 working days.
