Total estimated annual water usage is 4,638,180 gallons sourced from three existing and one proposed rainwater catchment ponds as well as five existing and permitted groundwater wells. Water storage consists of 4,323,306 gallons in ponds and 402,600 gallons in existing and proposed hard tanks. Processing on site including trimming and packaging is proposed. Power is to be provided by solar and PGE, with generators reserved for emergency backup. Project includes onsite relocation and a Special Permit for restoration within streamside management areas.
