Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Southern California Edison (SCE) is proposing to replace an existing distribution pole with a new 45-foot Class 1 composite pole on the roadside along State Route 150 (SR-150), N Ojai Rd. at postmile (PM) 30.261 in the City of Santa Paula, County of Ventura, as well as perform associated temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 12 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 1 foot. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
