Document Description
This project includes the installation of a prefabricated single stall restroom structure inside of Franklin Square Park. The work supporting the installation of the restroom would be the modifications of the existing pedestrian pathways, ramp and staircase at the 17th street entrance to be compliant with current ADA codes and regulations, and installing the necessary utilities (sewer, water, electrical) to the restroom site location. Ground disturbance for the pathway improvements would be up to 8 inches and for the utility trenching up to 5 feet. No tree removal is proposed.
