The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-61958-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, The Nature Conservancy. The project is limited to fixing the breached levee by recontouring a 0.04-acre segment of the levee (project area) to provide long-term stabilization and to prevent further erosion.
