The Loma Vista Dual-Use Park & Recharge Basin site is designated as a park in the City’s 2014 General Plan and the Loma Vista Specific Plan. Reasons for Exemption
The Project is exempt because it is consistent with the City's 2014 General Plan and Loma Vista Specific Plan for which an EIR was certified; and there are no peculiar environmental impacts to the Project that have not been addressed in the prior EIR for which the established mitigation measures had addressed. Since the project fits within the previously approved plan and does not introduce impacts beyond those studied, in accordance with the requirements of Section 15183 of the CEQA Guidelines no further documentation is required.
