Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control is considering approval of an Interim Remedial Action Plan for the remediation of contaminants of concern in soil and soil vapor at the former Sargent Industries site. The interim remedial action would consist of the excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soil in combination with installation and operation of a soil vapor extraction system, and installation of a vapor intrusion mitigation system under the new building. The existing Land Use Covenants would be modified to encompass the entire Project site.
