The proposed project consists of rehabilitation of deteriorated structure that was evaluated on June 5, 2014 and has the goal to meet current standards of public health & safety and can also be framed a minor action to prevent the threat of release of hazardous substances. The projects consists of repairs to an existing park. No other known projects would involve cumulatively significant impacts and no future projects would result from the proposed project.
