Document Description
Caltrans proposes bridge repairs on SR-380 and US-101 at the El Camino Real Avenue Undercrossing and the SR-380/US-101 separation. The project will remove unsound concrete, patch deck spalls, replace joint seals, repair slope paving, backfill erosion gulleys, repair asphalt concrete (AC) approaches, place polyester concrete deck overlay, paint bridge identification, and repair areas of large spalls on concrete curtain walls. This work will prevent further deterioration of the bridges and roadway approaches and extend the service life of the bridges. Project construction shall begin in July of 2026 and be completed by October of 2026. All work shall remain within Caltrans right of way (ROW) and equipment shall be staged within Caltrans ROW on the bridge decks or freeway.
