Project includes an addition of 720 +/- square feet, which is an addition of less than 50% of the existing structure square footage. Project involves interior and exterior alterations such as interior partitions, plumbing and electrical conveyances and restoration and rehabilitation of deteriorated facilitates to meet current health and safety standards. “Public Facility” uses are permitted outright in the applicable zoning district. A building permit was required and approved for the remodel and site improvements.
