Document Description
Chevron U.S.A. Inc. is proposing to install a subsurface power line and above ground meter and distribution panel to support the lighting of the Carpinteria Pier. The subsurface power line would be connected from an existing power pole and would be trenched below the existing power pole and would be trenched through the Carpinteria Bluffs Trail. From the meter and distribution panel, the power supply will connect to an existing subterranean power junction box that runs to the Carpinteria Pier. SCE will replace the existing pole.

The Project will consist of repair and replacement of existing facilities. The Project consists of reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same as the purpose as the existing structure.
