Document Description
Addition of an 8’x20’ Floating Upwelling System (FLUPSY) at the commercial fishing dock known as the North T-Pier (GPS location: 35.37046, -120.85798). Aside from a ladder to access the dock and FLUPSY, no other alterations to the dock space are proposed as a part of this project. There are no proximal intertidal habitats that with interact with the system, the water flow from the FLUPSY system will be oriented parallel to the shore.
