Document Description
A Director's Order (DO) is requested for an Emergency Force Account (EFA) contract for the replacing burned guardrail, replacing burned signage, removing debris, rocks, boulders, hazardous tress, and clearing drainage inlets, repairing drainage systems, repair or replacing debris racks, rock scaling, erosion control, and restoring highway safety features along SR-138 between PMs R24.94 and PM R26.15 (the project limits are expanded to encompass the entirety of signage and vehicle control) in San Bernardino County. All work will take place in Caltrans Right-of-Way.
