Document Description
Replacement of approximately 1,970' of two existing 12" antiquated sewer mains with one 36" PVC sewer main. A total of 60' of new 12" PVC will be constructed to facilitate a connection of the two existing sewer mains. Seven existing manholes will be replaced, two existing manholes will be modified, and five existing manholes will be removed. All work will be completed within the existing Route 1 right-of-way (ROW). The project will reduce infiltration into the sewer system, improve operations by reducing the frequency of maintenance, the number of pipelines, and the number of manholes within the State Highway ROW.
