Document Description
The purpose of this project is to reconstruct and enhance an existing shoreline revetment to prevent shoreline erosion into Lake Tahoe. Existing rock material as well as imported boulders, filter fabric and gravel and cobbles will be installed. Upland work includes slope stabilization, vegetation establishment and the creation of a rock wall to protect the slope above the revetment from accelerated erosion. A new access path consisting of stone steps will be created upland to provide access to an existing pier.
