Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-63128-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Josh Wilson.
The project is limited to the removal of 500 cubic yards of accumulated sediment and debris along subject parcel upstream from a county box culvert crossing. The work area will be limited to a 10 foot setback from the inlet of the county box culvert. Removed material will be redistributed outside of the streambed and riparian area.
