The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number EPIMS-ELD-63378-R2, pursuant
to section 1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The projects are limited to the construction of low water crossings, installation of corrugated metal pipe crossing, installation of temporary crossing, construction of in-channel and offchannel waterholes, and use of eighteen water drafting sites.
