Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to the County of San Luis Obispo to stage vehicles and equipment in the Pecho Valley Road turn-out in Montaña de Oro State Park, in order to remove non-native eucalyptus trees in the California Department of Fish and Wildlife parcel known as the Pecho Unit. All work will comply with the Endangered Species Act (ESA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the California Environmental Policy Act (CEQA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Code, California Fish and Game Code, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
