Document Description
Caltrans has approved an encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace two distribution poles and two guy anchors along State Route 33 (SR-33) at postmile (PM) 48.71, located in the City of Maricopa, Ventura County. The scope of work includes: Roadway access to replace a total of 11 poles, with only two #851605E and #851606E situated within Caltrans right-of-way, along with their associated down guys and anchors. Replacement of aerial wire running longitudinally along the roadway. Installation of four span guys crossing the roadway at four distinct locations. Excavation activities with a maximum depth of 78 inches, an average width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no additional right-of-way service will be acquired for this project.
