Document Description
The project will restore the roadway surface from a “Fair” to “Good” condition by applying the Capital Preventative Maintenance Strategy (CAPM) to rehabilitate the pavement on a Class 1 route. Included in the scope of work is upgrading and installing bicycle and pedestrian signage, upgrade an existing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) facility, and replace and perpetuate bicycle tolerable rumble strips as needed. Stormwater treatment areas will be constructed as needed.
