Reasons for Exemption
The minor land use amendment would reduce 17.S acres of MP land and increase of 17.5 acres of BP land in the RDOSP. A trip generation comparison concluded that the MP and BP land use change would result in fewer trips compared to the 2016 land use layout. The project is consistent with the overall intent of the RDOSP, and the density is consistent with the General Plan EIR (SCH#2005022137) which contemplated the RDOSP.
