Document Description
Install Scenic Tower Viewer Binoculars in two locations on the Coastal Trail. Location 1: Near South Coastal Trail entrance at northwest end of westernmost picnic table. Location 2: Near North Coastal Trail entrance, at kelp bench loop-out. These would be installed on a small concrete pad in each location. Height 60-63 inches. Each set would include one standard viewer head and one ADA Accessible viewer head.
