Reasons for Exemption
The project consists of rehabilitating or replacing existing sanitary sewer mains, service laterals, and manholes generally in the same location as the existing mains, laterals and manholes. The work will be performed by trenchless construction methods including pipe breaking, and fiber reinforced plastic pipe. When these methods are not feasible, the City will use open trench.
