Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-NAP-61127-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, David Wickline, representing Alchemy White Sulfur Springs Resort LLC. The Project is limited to culvert replacement on a Class II and Class III watercourse, culvert installation at an existing ford crossing on a Class II and Class III watercourse, and augmented construction on an existing bridge on a Class I watercourse which includes a new steel bridge deck and rock and pre-cast concrete abutment support.
