Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-40479-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mirmarlin Fair LLC as represented by Jonathan Brown.
The Project involves removing the unpermitted existing gabions, concrete, stacked rubble wall, and fill along approximately 175 linear feet (LF) of the east (right) bank of Terrace Creek; recontouring and stabilizing the bank with rock slope protection; installation of a new soldier pile wall at the top of bank, and installing native riparian plantings including willow poles to improve habitat for fish and wildlife; and remediating and enhancing the channel bed with clean gravels and boulders. The Project is amended to allow limited work within the early rainy season, October 15-November 15.
