Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that Crown Castle Fiber LLC. to bore 596 feet to install 3-inch conduit, furnish and install (2) 30-inch x 48-inch Vaults, remove and replace 310 square feet concrete sidewalk, install 2 risers at existing poles # 392834E and #398725M, resurfacing 32 square feet for AC pavement and perform associated traffic control activities, within the state right-of-way, at postmile (PM) 29.18 on I-405 (San Diego Freeway) at National Blvd. in the city of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 580 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
