Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for the Earth System Company to core the existing pavement within one workday at two locations on Wells Road, near the intersection of Wells Road and Aster Street. The existing paving will be cored to determine its thickness. The locations will be patched, and associated traffic control activities will be performed within the State right-of-way, on State Route 118 at postmile (PM) R1.02 in the city of Ventura, County of Ventura. Excavation will be limited to the depth of the pavement, with an average width of 10 inches. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
